Terms of Service.

These terms apply to Page & Price Watch, operated by ChimeraMiND (“we”). By purchasing or using the service you agree to them. Questions: support@chimeramind.com.

1. The service

Page & Price Watch checks public web pages on a schedule and tells you when a watched value changes: readable text, a price published in structured product data, or a CSS selector you choose. It sends email alerts and offers a REST API.

The service does not: check pages continuously; run JavaScript-only interactions on your behalf; log in to websites; solve CAPTCHAs; bypass access controls; guarantee that every change is detected or delivered to an inbox; or provide a web dashboard.

2. Accounts and license keys

Your Polar license key is your API key. You are responsible for keeping it confidential and for all activity made with it. Access follows your active subscription. We may suspend a key that is shared, abused or refunded.

3. Subscriptions and renewal

Plans are sold through Polar, our merchant of record, which handles checkout, tax and VAT, invoices and receipts. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel in the Polar customer portal at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and access continues until then. Prices exclude any taxes shown at checkout.

4. Acceptable use

You may monitor pages you are allowed to access, for your own business purposes. You must not use the service to overload third-party sites, to monitor private or personal information about individuals, to bypass access controls, or to break any law or site terms that apply to you.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Results depend on third-party pages, fetching and email providers, and may be delayed or incomplete. Alerts and reports are a convenience and do not replace your own professional review.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

7. Changes

We may change these terms or the service. When changes are material we will update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
