Refund Policy.
Money-back guarantee
You get a full refund, no questions asked, if you request it within 14 days of your first payment. Write to support@chimeramind.com from the email address on your order. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Polar, our merchant of record.
Renewals
Renewal payments are not refunded. To stop renewals, cancel in the Polar customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and your access continues until then.
One-time payments
The same 14-day rule applies to any one-time payment, measured from that payment.
How to ask
Include the email address on your order and the plan you bought. Refund decisions are made by ChimeraMiND and processed by Polar. See also the Terms of Service.
